Refund Policy

NO REFUND POLICY

All fees paid for SKILMAP tutoring services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Introductory rate payments
  • Monthly subscription fees
  • Package purchases
  • One-time session fees
  • Registration or enrollment fees

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Complaint Resolution Process

If you are dissatisfied with our services:

  1. Contact Your Academic Counselor: All complaints or concerns must first be directed to your assigned Academic Counselor.
  2. Collaborative Resolution: We will work with parents/guardians to address concerns and find appropriate solutions.
  3. Available Remedies: Solutions may include:
    • Tutor reassignment
    • Curriculum adjustments
    • Additional support sessions
    • Modified learning plans
  4. No Monetary Refunds: Remedies will not include refunds, credits, or monetary compensation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Session cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
  • Rescheduling requests should be submitted through your academic counselor.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in service termination without refund.
  • Service cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

Educational Services

  • SKILMAP provides supplemental educational support and does not replace formal schooling.
  • Tutors will work with school textbooks and curriculum when provided.
  • Progress reports and assessments will be provided periodically to parents/guardians.
  • We offer services across multiple countries and time zones as specified on our website.
  • We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or test scores.

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: This section limits the liability of Nuvable Inc. Please read carefully.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  1. NUVABLE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
  2. NUVABLE INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  3. NUVABLE INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, GRADE CHANGES, TEST SCORES, OR EDUCATIONAL RESULTS.
  4. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Disclaimer of Liability

The information provided on the Website is for general informational purposes only. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information. Your use of the Website and reliance on any information is at your own risk.

  2. Binding Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
  3. Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
  4. Jurisdiction: Arbitration shall take place in New York, USA.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Website after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
